1. Provide free machine tool training to users. After the contract is signed, the buyer can send personnel to Chuanhe before the machine tool is in place, and Chuanhe will train the buyer free of charge. Training includes operation, programming, maintenance, etc.
2. When the machine tool arrives at the buyer's factory, Chuanhe will send engineers to the buyer's factory to provide on-site training and technical guidance when debugging the machine tool, assist the buyer in trial processing, and then conduct a second on-site field training. Provide users with 3 working days of on-site advanced repair, advanced maintenance, advanced programming and other training for free.
3. Achieve 7*24-hour fast service, respond within 2 hours after receiving the user's maintenance notification, and ensure that we can arrive at the scene to solve the problem within 12 hours within the province and 24 hours outside the province. 7*24 hours service hotline: 4000601698.
If any of the following conditions apply, it will not be covered by the after-sales guarantee:
1. Damage caused by force majeure, such as earthquake, fire, flood, typhoon, etc.
2. Damage caused by human factors such as improper use, maintenance, and storage.
3. Damage caused by maintenance, disassembly, etc. not performed by Chuanhe service personnel.
4. The warranty period and warranty scope are exceeded.
5. The product is subject to natural wear, consumption and aging (such as casing, cables, etc.).
